The NX1 machine automation controller series improves productivity through integration with information utilization, quality management, and safety, helping users collect and use data more effectively.

NX1 collects synchronized data from sensors, servomotors, and other devices using multicore technology that executes high-speed data processing and machine control simultaneously. The controller then sends data to host IT systems while keeping control performance optimal. A database connection model can directly store production information in databases without using PCs or middleware, ensuring traceability of all products in real time.

Standard controllers support vibration inspection of high-speed rotators, allowing use on production lines in place of special inspection machines with built-in PCs.

Absolute encoders

Magres EAM580 and EAM360 absolute encoders provide angular accuracy of ±0.15°, eliminating optical sensing.

Encoder hardware developed on the EN 13849 standard can be integrated as standard components with embedded software in certified systems up to performance level (PL) PLd. They are also available with redundant sensing where the position is transmitted via two node IDs which must be checked for plausibility in the control system.

EAM580 with the PROFINET option supports industrial communication standards, while OPC UA is suited to Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) applications.
