Compact horizontal machining center

The Mycenter-HX250iG compact horizontal machining center (HMC) offers accuracy, improved tool life with efficient chip handling, and increased productivity with automation capabilities. It provides reduced setup for small, detailed, highly accurate complex parts and ±0.000078" (2µm) positioning accuracy.

A 2-station automatic pallet changer (APC) is standard; a 10-station APC is available. The HMC features a 15,000rpm, dual-contact spindle with a 30,000rpm HSK-E40 spindle available.

Automatic bandsaws

HBE Dynamic series bandsaws offer affordability, versatility, and efficiency. Cutting capabilities range from 10.2" to 42", and blade sizes from 1.25" to 2.625". Saws can be configured to support applications with bundle clamping, extended feeding grippers, and other options.

Vibration-damping grey cast iron provides solid, durable construction. The line’s downfeed control, guidance, and energy-efficient drive systems support high-quality cutting as does an electrically driven chip brush synchronized with blade speed. A servo-driven ball screw blade feeding system and pressure sensors automatically provide precise, constant downfeed control and adjustment to optimize cutting.
